For most resource companies the hardest part is finding a viable resource then operating profitably. For RWD it is the opposite. The red tape is the hardest thing for this company. Operationally it is very simple and very profitable. So once certainty starts to set in you can expect a rapid appreciation in the sp imo. A steady climb up to $3.50 on the commencement of mining.
