hes still part of the company. hes not doing a disappearing act. i believe it was lucy's decision that she believed Matt was more suited to the role at this particular stage of the company's development. Martin got the company financially to where it is now, and Matt will get the trials over the line. Matt has the experience. Martin doesnt. Nothing to be concerned about imo from a management point of view.
