Yeah, i guess the volume growth will either settle here or even fall back a little. Surely it wont continue to grow.

If you want this spreadsheet i use to make these calculations just let me know (goes for all). I have a fear that i am wrong and am misleading people. Better if i share the logic which is in the spreadsheet and people can make their own conclusions...
