it's easy enough for companies to use punters money for threats and possible legal action but so bally difficult for punters to take action against companies and their encumbent responsible entities when it comes to broken promises and misleading information.

any company worth it's salt would never let a shareholders forum get so confused which then leads to hard earnt dough going down the tube. please tell 40 of one genuine director or encumbent responsible company entity who honestly cares about the small bloke ?

leave us all alone to say what we feel, however much our knowledge is distorted. major copperites will put their better informed opinions in place for the newbies. that's the way it should be.

to all directors and their mates: your share prices will always reflect the truth eventually, no matter how much information is misrepresented and distorted along the way, especially when it comes to capital raisings.

if companies want a decent value placed on their shares and overall valuation then be upfront and underpromise.
