I think that it's really important that traders who work alone develop the ability to take a step back and evaluate their own work and learn to be their own coaches, so I saw a lot of value in your post.

Daughter is better thanks. Probably go back to school on Monday which means I'll probably be back in the DT saddle on Monday - if there's any sort of market to go back to.

Watched a fair bit of the markets on Friday and they don't look good. Even the speccies that did have some volume seemed to be doing it in a mere handful of trades making it impossible to DT. Volume is not the same as liquidity - a proxy at best.
