Does anyone know what the profile of Sovereign risk in Mozambique is?
My understanding is that RIO and a few other companies have fostered investor relations with the democratic government in the past.
My concern is the history of corruption and civil war bodes the always possible chance of instability for production grants etc and the green light.
This in my opinion is the only possible thing that could hold the company back.
Surely with a deposit of this quality and magnitude nothing could get in its way?
