I think the spark has been gone in MR for a little while now. I believe he has just had enough, and the workload that being the CEO has had on him. We need to remember, this company was almost gone. He has been fantastic for PRR and its shareholders, but it has been a crazy 4 1/2 years. And it doesn't mean he no longer cares about PRR or Cvac. He has other projects as well and he deserves the chance to do other things especially after being so focused on PRR.

I believe he had become fed up around the last time he tried to step down, with the criticisms levelled at him regarding progress and share price, dilution and bonuses.

MR has formed a great team for PRR and now has someone who can take control and lead the company, which appeared to have been missing the last time.

The company will survive and Cvac will progress, because MR has left a legacy as CEO, which is a company well funded and with very experienced and passionate people in management who can compliment those passionate doctors etc behind the scenes who have been working on and developing this treatment for so long.

All shareholders will be disappointed with the SP, but maybe we should have had stop losses, we have heard enough about them lately. Who knows what will happen with the SP, it has been like trying to read tea leaves. My only suggestion is, have no expectations and sit tight. I feel there will be something special happen with PRR in the next 12 to 18 months.

I am only hoping there will be no take-over just yet.
