I agree that right now is not the best time to be putting up the for sale sign, but come July 01, I think the situation will change for a variety of reasons. Admin may announce plans to sell this and that but nothing will be listed until July 01.

1. End of quarter
2. End of first half
3. Most economists are predicting a stronger second half for commodities
4. US election will shift the focus from Europe
5. Greece may move off center stage (I say this hesitantly because it has a habit of finding its way back but we are seeing a shift in Euro policy towards less austerity)
6. New Chinese leadership with a mandate to boost growth
