m007m You seem quite angry and defensive in your post, reading thru your previous posts[ predictions] you appear to come accross as a doom and gloom person. Continue on your merry way i hope you are getting results.
None of my post is a prediction, purely observations from my 8 years of ACTIVE property investing, i'm sorry you have interpreted my contributions as predictions, they are not.
I stand by every point i have made in my previous post , but to elaborate or substantiate it any further with you would serve no purpose.
