Interesting alkefguy, I wasn't aware of the differences between the two. Once the market gets comfortable with earnings LYSDY should start to move ahead.
Could LYSDY then be a vehicle for a NYSE listing once earnings are established?
Chihawk asked NC the question at an investor briefing some time back and he confirmed it was something they would look at.
(That is if SAG & Co haven't sacked him before then).
