NB. Think of the mechanics of the short selling.
Remember SOMEONE has to own the 10% of issued stock shorted, they have loaned it out to the short sellers for a fee and they know that the price will be pushed down through their actions in the market.
When they get it back they don't expect that it will be worthless do they?
You arent gonna lend an asset for someone to destroy it when its worth currently about $170M (potentially $340 - $500M+) are you?
Its a game to accumulate AND make money all round.
