And before I run off rambling, people always ask the current v future cost of BlueGens. I am much more interested in the cost of Gennex units, current vs future? Why the hell have relationships with De Dietrich etc which dates back to 2007 not yielded anything more then a few test units (5-10) of fully integrated mCHP units with boilers?????

Ditto the EON deal of 100,000units over 6 years from 2012. Considering Ideal boilers/EON have two scheduled to be in test from next month and immediate plans are only to have 60 installed by the end of the year then it doesn't look as though Eon want their exclusive rights.

Thinking again about the original question. I would love to know as of this minute, how many Gennex units can CFU produce per month? Once that was clearly defined what is the strategy and time frame from ramping up to the design capacity of 10,000 Gennex units a year? Once we know this time frame, I will break out the champagne when we hear and read rumblings around that barrier being broken through.

I know what the facility is designed for. I know they announced recently that they have commissioned more plant and that has increased annual capacity by 2,000 or something.

But as of right now, if someone goes into the factory, turns on the lights and turns on the coffee machine how many Gennex units are they capable of pumping out? My suspicion is it is only around 200/month.

On the other side of the same coin, if they are capable of readily making X amount of Gennex units how many Bluegens can they pump out a month at this second? My suspicion is its only 10-15 / month.

The Jabil MOU is now 6 months on and they said there were 3 phases to this MOU. First was to be selecting components, second sub assemblies and third was Jabil to manufacture finished products.

Perhaps phase 1 is complete and ongoing. Who knows about the second, but if they were getting close to the 3rd phase I think we would be hearing about it. So the writing is on the wall that CFU are not thinking they are going to have meaningful Bluegen orders on the book any time soon. At least no big enough to justify partnering up with Jabil as a CM.

And would CFU announce that the MOU has been formalised into a supply agreement contract? I suspect we would, but have not heard anything so expect Jabil are sitting in the wings and only interested if their supply agreement is for > 1000 units annually (or some other nominal figure to justify their pay back for tooling, training and labour etc)

So thinking about the original question and opening paragraph of this post. I have no idea what I am expecting to read in their final report to June 2012? Previously they have always had defined criteria that we could measure their progress to. The fact nothing is really out there and I am just sitting around waiting for orders tells that is almost exactly the position CFU are in. They are no doubt doing things in the background, but without cashflow they cant really be doing too much outside trying to keep costs down and get unit prices lower.

Not trying to be overly negative, but at 9c and date of June 2012...I am doing a heavy rethink and want CFU to succeed, christ with the amount of money of mine invested I NEED them to succeed but overall I dont see us being in a better position then we were 12 months ago
