Just a quick Q

If at vote time, theres no counter offer from a rival...this would lead me and you to assume no-one else sees significant upside or the risk return in our favour to bid higher than Hanlong.

We also can conclude now that no JV on acceptable terms are available, and given they looked during an iron ore boom, now theres just not $5b of risk capital out there in this far weaker climate and outlook.

Will you vote YES? Reluctantly but stll vote YES?

Knowing a NO vote will see your investment halve overnight, and potentially set the co. up for a possible lower bid, or a massive massive equity dilution...will you at this time vote YES??
