I have already judged, and I have already made up my decision on what to do some days back. But everytime I tried to bring it up to the attention of posters, I was attacked and accused of not knowing anything and being intentionally misleading.

Hence why my past comments in regard to it all, and the question about if this Freestone company was just a $2 dollars shelf company, or a million dollars company.
The evidence is clearly there now.

The part that got my extra interest about the remuneration package though, and which created more concerns to me, is the part about point "6" REMUNERATION.

In case you and others haven't noticed, it states as follows:

"? (Duties during termination period)
During any termination period, Central will have the ability to elect to place the Chief Executive Officer on “gardening leave" whereby the Chief Executive Officer will not be required to perform his actual duties for all or part of this notice period or may be required to carry out more limited or less senior duties, but will continue to receive his usual remuneration and benefits.

How about that lol.

IMO the current Board must think that we are just a mob of illiterate and that we can't see further than our noses lol. Talk about being mischievious to their shareholders and only thinking about saving themselves for God's sake.

Then read the rest of that remuneration package properly, and see where it will lead us to. IMHO, Regardless of what will happen once he is in control of CTO, RC cannot loose. And IMO, win or loose, we will be fleeced.
