To be sure that Cottee doesn't get any of the renumeration package he has to be voted out in the first step.
The way it is set up at the moment it is possible for him to claim $375k and then resign if any of Askin's crew don't get voted in.
However, I expect there to be a new EGM ordered by the courts before this one ever happens. There are too many problems with the current two, and I expect CP to nominate at least one director himself.
