I'm fairly sure most holders want LJ gone. Especially if it's a choice between consolidation or not. Because we know consolidation will cause short term pain.

The "update" wasn't real clear on our options. It basically said we were contesting the LJ argument. Made it seem like we still needed their money. Losing them under those circumstances is a huge negative.

If we are to get rid of them, or more precisely allow them to leave, then we need the next update to use more positive langauge. Maybe even make it a "mutual termination" even if it costs us an entitlement to a trivial termination fee.

With LJ gone, and handled correctly, the sp may just be given a chance to rise or atleast have bidders at 0.1c

I commend Simon for coming on here and clearing things up, especially when the tone over the last few weeks has been fairly negative. Not an enviable position to be in.
