For those of CTP shareholders who do not yet know much about Clive; may I offer the following thoughts:
Clive [as you are probably aware] already owns about 5% of CTP through his company,
Clive has grown wealthy through his own efforts--he did not inherit most of of his wealth;
Clive pays his bills; his reputation is that of an honest man;
Clive would make a most desirable major shareholder.
