Managing Director, Mark Freeman, commented that “We are presently completing a bit change prior to drilling ahead. The well does not appear to have encountered the Het1A and is preparing to drill ahead through the lower primary objectives.”

The Board advises that the R. J. Perrin et al Well No. 1 is presently pulling out of the hole to complete a bit change at 16,535ft MD. It does not appear that the well encountered the Het 1A sand and the Operator is preparing to drill ahead through the lower Het primary objectives (Het 1, 2A and 2) from the current depth through 17,500ft.
The well encountered a gas show intersected between 16,095 to 16,136ft. Open hole electric logs will be run at next casing point or TD which will determine reservoir quality and confirmation of pay. The show is believed to be in a secondary objective.
