And a real shame for employees and their families, as I believe the company was on the verge of coming to an agreement with the banking syndicate and international buyer on the reveised recap plan, then bang this $20 million irregularity pops its ugly head, starting from 2009.
basically 2 other employees have screwed it up for the other 1,998 employees.
