    How have you valued Teresa?

    The valuations are crap in my opinion. This asset is rubbish comparatively speaking to other coal tenements especially compared to those of the Bowen and Surat basins. I just don't understand how this asset could be worth $300m. The seams are thin and there are stone bands up to 5m thick running between seams and its predominantly thermal coal.

    Is it possible that I don't understand coal data released by the company?

    You are the geologist. Can you explain? Most of the coal juniors have better deposits.
