re: Ann: Capital Raising to Fund Drilling Pro... It's allowed because the muppets who choose to invest do so on their own accord. I was in this stock years ago and lost a little bit but really feel sorry for those that have hung on til the end (which is nigh). If you read the prospectus and still feel the need to hand them coin, then you are a greedy fool, IMO.
Who the hell in their right mind would give these guys any more hard earned cash? Seriously. Who?
I'd love to hear from someone who is involved. Not to mock or debate with, simply to hear the rationale behind their decision.
