What is your take on Ted Ellyard being offered a board position on UCL if the MAK takeover is successful?
I find this proposal a concern as he did stuff all on the board of KEY PETROLEUM and from what i can see the same appears to be the case at Minemakers?
Do you think that UCL are after his "voting shares" although i'm not sure how many MAK shares he holds?
From my point of view i find this a negative as a shareholder.
