As an impartial observer looking at a T/H until this wed does not look good for the company at all.

Why would they do that if AP had selected Tzl & pb already? Just doesn't make sense.

Maybe another player has come into the tender process out of left field and offers a more compelling product, because a company the size of AP would not just go to RFP and deal with one or two companies only?

I hope for the sake of all holders of Tzl that this is not the case, but you should not think that the granting of this tender is a given.

There are many variables outside of Tzl's control at play here when dealing with these types of large companies.
