There was a suggestion that the plant could be partly converted to process SPL later down the line. It would give the company a few years to get the process right before the feedstock ran out.
They can also look to process black dross which has a higher element of AL however this was originally not the intention of MHM if you look over the past few years and was only looked at when John Pugh started.
