I find this presumption of yours uneducated and it has to be uneducated as it seems from this distance that our management team isn't putting time into this option at present.

I won't bore everyone by quoting what the English Channel Finance People achieved and when they achieved it.

But invite you to google English Channel Tunnel and arrive at your own independant conclusion.

Secondly the ongoing European financial crises is proof the there is always money available if you offer a reasonable return for the perceived risk.

Time and time again it looked like Greece and Spain might not get the money they required to refinance their debt and time and time again the money was there as soon as the interest rate increased to offer a reasonable return for the percieved risk.

These are just the facts. So I say again the money will be there if management offer an interest rate that offers fair return for the percieved risk. I'd suggest that might be as high as 15% compounding interest for a five year term. Where can institution get 15 % at present?

No where.

A lot of institutions would put a small amount of their money into this so as to get an avantage over their competitors.

And if we examine the DFS for this project we find that this project can easily afford an interest rate of 15%.

That is why this project stands out from the rest.

So,IMO,our management team should be in London ,New York, Sydney , Melbourne , Perth and even Brisbane regularily putting a consortium together.

If they refuse we the owners should be talking about replacing the chairman, with thanks, now.

He has no mandate to sell our company.
