So hopefully you can now see that producing a concentrate is a:-

"milling process (which) produces a concentrate of RE minerals, which usually contains five or more times the original RE concentration in the mined ore"

Stoops the key phrase is:-

usually contains five or more times the "original" RE concentration in the mined ore

Just in case you still don't understand, it means this:-

if you started out with 56% light rare earths in your original ore, by the time you produce a concentrate you will still end up with 56% light rare earths in your concentrate

The porportions don't change


And that is why you are incorrect when you say:-

"the presented material to a chemical seperation plant will be of very high grade "


The % of each rare earth element will not change from the original ore, sure there is 5 or more times the rare earths in a concentrate, but the % of each rare earth element in that concentrate will be the same as the original ore


In the case of CUX, if you started out with LOW GRADE ore, you will still have LOW GRADE concentrate
