- If it isn't greed then why did more than 90% of SH's vote for it when the SP was ~15c (disregard management holdings, connections, etc, as it is what it is)
- If it wasn't greed then SH's would not have voted for it, but they did when the SP was ~15c

"I didn't feel in the least bit greedy taking the 30c after holding for more than 10 years" - ???

- Do you hold?
- Did you sell?

"I felt robbed that it was only 30c." - Hmmmmm?

- Robbed (something taken from you)
- Greed (wanting more)

Let me get this straight:

- You felt robbed at 30c meaning you believe the offer should be much more than 30c, right? That's not greed, is that right? So you want more than 30c, but it's not greed?
- So then you should feel happy then that the deal is over as it undervalues FMS, right?

I hope you havent been mad mouthing the FMS management for such a bad debacle OR the fact that the SP is at 13.5c OR anything else that puts negatvity on this deal AS IMO you have no right to BECAUSE this outcome is good for you as you FEEL you were robbed at 30c.

My statement would also go to others who belive they were robbed at 30c. Don't whinge and complain about the deal OR the SP OR anything else AS this is the best outcome for you guys.

As for me? I did get greedy and waited for the last day before selling and got caught with my pants down.
