As you say, the number of shares on issue is personal preference but is in no way a form of finding value in a company.

WTR and MZI both look like good stocks to me, but you don't see me over at MZI trying to make WTR look more average than it is.

Bottom line is you picked WTR, good for you. I pick MZI, good for me. There's not a real lot of quality comparisons between MZI and WTR, just some vague comments that don't really mean anything.
