re: Ann: Coalspur Appoints New Managing Direc... Hey guys, been a while since I last posted but I felt I needed to comment on this. Gene was not shown the door by any stretch. I am surprised he hung aroung this long. The original plan for CPL was to hype it up and posture as if they were going to production and then sell to the highest bidder. That was suppose to take place last year around this time. Obviously that never happened. Gene was never in it for the long haul.

My guess is at some point HL Park had a change of heart and now either want to go to production or get alot closer to production before allowing a takeover. I believe Gene stayed around long enough to get a JV deal done, which I'm almost sure is completed now and also for CPL to get a reputable replacement for him. I believe the price has dropped so much for many reasons. 1) Thermal coal prices are tanking. 2) Greek and Euro worries and 3) SP always gets manipulated down before big news.

As for Gill taking over. I almost believe that BHP is going to be our JV partner on Vista and who better to run the company than one of your own. I may be wrong but it almost seems to obvious. Once again time will tell. Next 4 weeks should really put pieces of the puzzle together.

Anyways, I'm going back to enjoying my beautiful spring weather in Canada, I'll be ignoring the SP until I hear of a JV deal or something else earth shattering.
