Native Title negotiation were going nowhere, I spoke to Neil about this roughly 12 months ago and he told me it could take up to another 2 yrs for Native Title negotiations to be finalized.
Mediation is positive news in my opinion, both sides present their views and the mediator makes a decision, this will speed up the process that Native Title was dragging out.
