Unhappy?

There are two ways that management and boards are disciplined when they wander from value creation.

1. The market votes with their cash and indeed there is little doubt what the market thinks of NST management at the moment (Outstanding asset quality notwithstanding).

2. Shareholders get to vote at the AGM either in person or by Proxy.

I recommend that all who are unhappy with recent events, make this known, by ticking "against" all resolutions. I actually agree with a couple of the resolutions but I am voting against management to send a message.

The resolutions benefiting management and participants in the raising, exclude their vote so your vote is important. You may not stop the resolutions, but you will make your displeasure known in a meaningful way.

Not voting is ineffective. You must vote to fulfill this strategy.

Incidentally, the resolution on the raising does not undo the raising. The point of that resolution is that it resets the clock on the 12/15 rule, so they can do it again without referring to shareholders. At least say no to that. This management are much better custodians when they do not have cash to confuse their mission which is to keep making gold bars.
