if the asset is not pledged ie mortgaged of course the administrator can sell it . The more I see and read about this PBB mob the less impressed I am . I saw Dean Mighell of the ETU making fun of them ( the PVB guys in suits) on TV last night. If Carson has sold within 48 hours I would be surprised...maybe he takes the unionists too seriously .
if is true ..what will the poor creditors get? not a lot.
but there is hope for the shareholders ...that class action against the auditor ..it's looking better all the time .
