    just look at CP's history, Gladestone Nickel, Waratah Coal and the list goes on extensively.

    I've also experienced first hand business CP style, had a deal done for "x"% than at the last minute he wanted the entire company so we walked away.

    I know Palmer! He'll put his self interest ahead of other shareholders.
