Clearly mgmt didn't think this project through when they signed the JV. What sales pitch do you throw at investors when opening the money jar in mid 2012 for money that should of been sorted sometime in 2010? All could of been avoided if the company came through on the original schedule.
The day before the trading halt was the highest volume in 6 months, and one of the highest of the past 12 months, most likely would of been higher had there been more buyers.
