Punters should not underestimate what can happen in tax loss selling. In some stocks mood changes from depression at drop in SP to euphoria about what a great tax loss this will be and who cares how low you sell. Espc vulnerable are stocks with no earnings and need to raise cash in forseeable future.
So all these explorers are stocks you should give hard look at if they are well off their highs.
Other side of the coin is that after June 30 there is usually a rally in these stocks as punters who were congratulating themselves for selling out, are suddenly faced with the prospect that these stocks are rising towards their previous sell out levels.
New levels of shorting and manipulation will probably add a new dimension to the whole scenario.
Best to be on the sidelines and buy cheap imo. Of course, I'm stuck with a few.
