Kinclella lack of investment capital in housing is not the problem that is causing an under supply in housing. There is no shortage of investment capital which is why house prices have quadrupled in some areas over the last 10 years. More investment will just make house prices higher making them less affordable.
The actual problem causing the under supply in housing is red tape.
