I don't think that you should be concerned as Mr. Landau is reported, on various BBs, as claiming that the Australian article has taken his comments out of context.
There are, however, many ways that a spin off could be implemented but we would need to wait for a company announcement to see the details.
Others here may have a different view and respond to you accordingly.
