TZ missed out on the contract through ineptitude, they are nearly out of cash, dilution has been prolific under the current boards tenure, expenses have been out of control, revenue growth has been negative and our future strategy is away with the fairies.

QVT will now take an aggressive stance to recover some of their money, for a hedge fund they have been patient to this point but that will not remain the case.

There is no phoenix rising story here, you've read one too many TZ release about "how 2012 was going to deliver everything the shareholders expect blah blah"...it's about a trade sale or some forced action from QVT.

We will get to 10c and by then it will happen. If we are lucky we might get 20c a share for our $3.00 investment.
