Linked means the price goes up and down based on the LME price - in all probability there probably is a discount as a lot of offtake agreements do have discounts ,

But for you to automatically assume linked means discount is just another one of your opinions, guesses , speculations or interpretations.

Opinions are like waste disposal devices ! every one has one !
