I would think the current board and executive should be concerned for their jobs.
This is a basic mistake with huge value consequences.
I cannot see the the major shareholders being too forgiving for such a stupid mistake as to not having a complying resource announcement in a timely manner.
OMERS etc performance for their shareholders has taken a hit as well.George is needing to be understanding of the loss of value and having to re learn the true definition of long term.
This will have far reaching ramifications (finance etc) or get swept under the carpet as if there is no problem.
This is a management credibility issue and I don't think it will recover.
Maybe some 24/7 work with grueling deadlines to get the DFS out by end of June would be a start.
Lift your game or my next trip on a plane is west for the AGM.
