    Unfortunately we are now in the position where we would have hoped never to be.

    The two choices we face are not good ones and our hope of the SP getting anywhere near 50c again are gone.

    I believe the current board will be rolled. QVT will launch to get full control and shareholders will be pushed into accepting a nominal offer.

    this is now our fate and the board have made it so. I can't believe they wasted $30m only to do the very thing to shareholders they were brought in to avoid.
