Goldie, I think they (MB, KT etc) are not communicating well simply through disinterest and/or incompetence.
IMO they have little idea how to run a technology company, or sell high-tech products.
What experience does either of them have in this area?
MB as a figurehead on the Board on nominal remuneration is fine as long as he leverages this in the media. He is a media show-pony for sure; I'm unconvinced at the substance of his iceberg below his tip, however.
JW may well not have been pushed - he may have resigned out of frustration & disgust at dealing with them.
A new CEO with a proven track record taking tech products to market could surely be afforded for KT's current salary?
