Why wouldn't the board want good news to be released now?
We will very shortly need to raise cash, as they have timed the burn of it to the minute. Shareholders will not approve a big cash raise and associated dilution...especially QVT!!
Company is on it's knees, put it into administration or find a "white knight" buyer....does anyone know of an interested party that may hold a very large parcel of stock and have the wherewithall to put an offer on the table that no-one can refuse?
Has TZ announced "every" bit of "good" business they have on the books right this minute? I suspect not...
