Hold for another couple of weeks vcj & I would think you will be happy to have done so.

There are a lot of bargains out there in the resource sector at present & I haven't got much ammo left to pick them up BUT keep coming back to NEN with what I have. It seems to me to have the best short term potential of any I am following at present.

Pd-1 flowed at commercial rates till it got blocked with loose material !! I'm no geo but hydrocarbons following freely in loose material - sounds good to me, pd-2 being cased to get at the 'loose material' without blocking, you don't do this on a hunch & a cased well is ready for production very quickly when the time comes. Preliminary news can't be too far away at the faster than expected rate pd-2 is drilling at. Pd-3 at target depth, so news due soon, small play but once again not done just to fill the time in. Have just got a larger slice of the pie from SGY see announcement 29/5.

Latest interview really is good & worth listening to again BRR 17/5, basically JV is 'going to happen' & now is a good 'buying opportunity' - straight from the horses mouth although the horse isn't buying ? about my only concern.

JV partner announcement is not far away.

I read it all the time on HC about so many stocks but here goes anyway - I think the next couple of weeks are going to be very positive for NEN. Not sure about the market in general & the price of oil is heading down with the $US tracking up but at the end of the day, if you have a commercial well you have cash flow & cash flow is life/get out of jail at present.

I am hoping to see some green in my portfolio via NEN soon, it will be a nice change from all the red elsewhere.

    Good luck all
