Their not asking for her personal financial records just the financial records of the trust that they are the beneficiary’s. That’s like being a shareholder & not having being given the profit/loss statements & balance sheet, doesn’t happen in public companies but as Gina is the trustee of the trust that is what she is doing. What’s to hide?
