I have read a few posts saying the reaction to the Perseis trial report was unwarranted. It most definitely was.
I don't really think it was a reaction to that particular announcement.
To my mind it was an orchestrated P&D from AE's buying more to the AGM revelations that recruitment for the TBI trial was slower than expected.
Someone who knew the main game(TBI) was behind schedule used the volume stirred up by the change in sub holding and the Perseis announcement to dump a heap of shares before the AGM.
Perseis just adds another string to NEU's bow.
