    Their communication has been terrible, but there has been progress. I wouldn't give up on it until it's announced that they are deferring the campaign.

    I am buying atm for a 12 month hold anyway, so it doesn't really bother me at the moment.

    I think there is too little volume in TPL if you want to day trade it.
