When all the approvals for Four Mile are completed what happens next?

We are very close to getting the green light to actually start mining Four Mile.

Will we go into production with Heathgate under the current JV and continue with the legal action against our partner?

Looking at this from a pragmatic point of view I don't see why this would not be possible.

It's not the most desirable arrangement by a long shot but it still would be possible.

If Final Determination went our way and we were in production the Court would just need to determine damages based on this situation.
