Personally I would be quite cautious over the next few weeks. The low volume this morning indicates a degree of 'complacency' in our market, and I feel it could get caught napping if the DOW has a really rough night at some stage. You'd be a brave trader to hold overnight in this market climate. We fought back some of our early losses for the last three days of last week but I'd be surprised if we see the same again today. If you need just one reason to air on the side of caution, take a peek at the bearish continuation patterns popping up on equity markets. Rather be safe than sorry is my thinking.
