has the board lied??

Others have raised the issue that JH in his statement said the Board reported that the road to Surprise had been completed but according to JH whom one could assume still has contact with his workers/contractors in the field the road was indeed not completed some 3 weeks after the Board announcement.
Surely this situation alone needs it's own topic on this Forum?

Either the Board has lied to the AXS which would be a serious breach or JH has lied!

if the Board has indeed lied then ASIC needs to step in and this should be clarified before any EGM

if jH has lied then he has cooked his goose I doubt the latter but this to me is a serious situation which needs immediate clarification from the Board.

if not forthcoming we are left in doubt and seriously wandering what other past announcements were also misleading???
The timing of the Seismic and EPT come to mind!! Let alone the old seismic allegedly acquired last year that was going to be so important. nothing ever heard since?
